  • Our gardening sessions can vary in duration, typically ranging from 1 to 4 hours. The length is dependent on your specific needs, interests, and budget, as well as the location and whether it's a virtual or in-person event. We'll work closely with you to tailor the session to fit your schedule and deliver an enriching experience.

  • Absolutely! We offer individual gardening training sessions for beginners. Our virtual workshops are accessible to everyone, while our London-based clients can enjoy limited in-person one-on-one sessions for a more personalised experience.   • We don’t offer clients standard prices and welcome transparency to build around your specific budget in the proposal stage. Fees are dependent on varying factors including but not limited to location, the number of attendees, accessibility needs, and any other specific requirements for your project.

    We provide transparent and detailed pricing based on the scope of the workshop and the resources needed to deliver an exceptional experience.

  • For gardening events scheduled more than 4 weeks away, a 50% non-refundable deposit (minimum of 4 guests) is required to secure the booking. The remaining payment is due 4 weeks before the event.

    For bookings made within 2 or less weeks of the event date, the full payment is required upfront to confirm the reservation.

    Please note that all payments are non-refundable, and any rescheduling requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to The Barefoot Planter's discretion.

    Please note that if you have your own indoor or indoor cooking space with equipment, this will reduce the price significantly.
